01. What is the ATI trade-up program?
ATI's trade-up program is a way in which a customer who has an old ATI board that is no longer supported, and those users who have a different brand of graphic card, can upgrade to currently supported ATI technology.

02. Who can participate in this program?
Any resident of the United States of America or Canada, who has an ATI or another manufactures graphics board, who have a valid credit card number and has purchased their new ATI Graphics card directly from ShopATI.

04. How much will my credit card be charged when I order a product being offered via the Trade-up program and how much is the security deposit?
Your card will be charged the full price, plus shipping charges and applicable taxes (applicable taxes for Canadian residents only) when we ship your new ATI board to you. Your credit card will be credited the security deposit (plus applicable taxes for Canadian residents only) once we have received your old graphics board with the ATI Trade Up Credit Form within 20 business days.

05. How long does it take to get my new ATI product ordered via the trade-up program?
Please allow 2-3 business days for Expedited and 5-6 business days for Ground shipping options of your new ATI graphics board, provided the product is in stock at time of order.

06. Are these the full retail versions of the cards?
Yes. These are full retail versions.

07. How many can I order?
You can only order one new card for every existing ATI or other manufacturers graphics card you trade-in.

08. How can I pay for this?
To be eligible for this trade-up program you must have a valid VISA, Mastercard, Discovery or American Express credit card. Your card will be charged the full price, plus shipping charges and applicable taxes (applicable taxes for Canadian residents only) when we ship your new ATI board to you. Your credit card will be credited the security deposit (plus applicable taxes for Canadian residents only) once we have received your old graphics board with the ATI Trade Up Credit Form within 20 business days.

09. What should I do with my old card?
You will receive instructions on how to return your current ATI or other manufactures graphics card via a confirmation email once your online trade-up order is completed. You will also need to complete the Trade-Up Credit Form when returning your old graphics card. The Trade-Up credit form can be found here.
PLEASE NOTE: If ATI has not received your old graphics card within 20 business days of the date of receipt of your new ATI board, we will not be able to credit you the security deposit.

10. How do I follow-up if I haven’t received my new card within the shipment period?
An acknowledgement web page will immediately follow your online trade-up order submission. An email confirming your order has been processed will then follow. If you have not received your new ATI board within ten business days of your online order confirmation email, telephone SHOPATI Customer Service at 1-888-974-6728. We will advise you on the status of the shipment.

11. How do I return the card if I’m not happy?
If you are not satisfied with your new ATI board purchased via the Trade-up program you can return it to ATI within 30 days of the billing date for a full refund of your purchase, minus shipping costs. If you have already returned your old graphics board, ATI will not be able to return the old card once the, once we receive the board purchased via the trade-up program. This is because the old card is either immediately disposed off or has been given to one of many charities if it is in usable condition.

ATI will not grant a refund of the purchase price if the product is not in resalable condition or if it is missing any software, manuals, cables and other materials that were included in the gift box.

Trade-up Terms and Conditions:

• The ATI Trade-up Program is available only to owners of an ATI or other manufactures graphics card who reside in the United States of America or Canada
  
  
• Participating customers must return their old graphics board to ATI within 20 business days of ordering the new trade-up board.
  
  
• Once ShopATI's Customer Service receives the old graphics board, you should allow ten business days for the security deposit credit to be applied to their credit card
  
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the Trade-Up credit package to ATI.
  
  
• Allow 5 business days for the Trade-Up credit to be applied to your credit card.
  
  
• The online order form must be completed in full. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
  
  
• The online order form is to be completed in full to prevent any delays. If a form is incomplete, ATI cannot guarantee the prompt processing of your trade-up order
  
  
• Instructions on how to and where to return your old graphics board for the trade-up security deposit credit will be provided by email, once your initial trade-up order is placed
  
  
• All information and graphics card provided to ATI becomes property of ATI Technologies Inc. Trade-Up credit values are subject to change without notice. The ATI Trade-Up Program is subject to change or cancellation, by ATI, at any time without notice. ATI reserves the right to refuse any requests for the Trade-Up Program. Fraudulent submissions are subject to prosecution.
