Returns and Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

  • ShopATI is happy to accept returns of purchased items within 30 days of the date of shipment with the exception of opened products. Products that arrived defective or have become defective within 30 days of shipment may be exchanged for a replacement product. All replacements must be an identical product and version.
  • ShopATI does not issue credit for costs incurred in shipping a returned item.
  • ShopATI must receive the returned item within 10 days after an RMA number has been issued. An assigned RMA number is valid for 10 days only and will expire on the 11th day after the date of issuance, at which time any returned products will be refused.
  • ShopATI will not provide refunds for opened, non-defective products. Defective software may be returned within 30 days of shipment for replacement only. The replacement product will be the same title and version as the original product ordered.
  • There is no refund or return of accessories purchased via ShopATI. All sales are final.

Items should be returned in as-new condition, disassembled, in original packaging with the packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.

Refusal Policy

  • Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to ShopATI and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

  • Note: If the shipped item was delivered and ShopATI receives a customer claim for either a refund or exchange the following process is initiated by ShopATI.

    1. ShopATI will verify with the shipper if a sign-off waiver exists.
    2. If a sign-off waiver exists, ShopATI will not honor the refund/exchange request.
    3. If a sign-off waiver does not exist, ShopATI will issue a refund/exchange.

  • The process can take up to approximately 5 business days to verify.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Orders for in-stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in-stock items cannot be canceled.

To request cancellation of backordered items, please contact our customer service department using the Web support form and select "Cancel Order” as the subject.

How do I request a refund?

To return a product please follow these simple steps:

  1. Request a Return
    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be obtained directly from our website by clicking here. You will be asked to login using your email address and password used to create your ShopATI Account. Select "Order Status", followed by "Return Item" from the action options for that order. Step-by-Step Instructions will guide you through the process. To avoid processing delays, please follow the directions provided for returning a product online. Generally an RMA number will be issued to you immediately online. However, should your request require attention from a customer service representative, you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
  2. Write Your RMA Number on Your Return
    Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. All products must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If your product was shipped in a standard carton, please be sure to return using the same or similar packaging. When using the original carton, please ensure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.
  3. Ship the Product Back to Us
    We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. ShopATI will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement
    Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. Replacements will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your return, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.

 

When will the credit appear on my card?

Your refund credit will appear on your card within 5 - 7 business days of us receiving your purchase back in to our warehouse.

Do you have warranties?

If your product becomes defective within (30) days of the invoice date, please visit www.ati.com/online/warranty for Warranty Service and RMA Information. You will receive information on RMA methods and the information Technical Support needs to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Note that any non-AMD manufactured products are warranted by the manufacturers and not by AMD. For non-AMD power supplies products, please refer to the Manufacturer’s warranty policy as follow:
